How do we book you?

By completing an online booking form and paying a deposit of £500.

Do you photograph weddings beyond the Scottish Highlands?

Yes we do! There are currently no travel charges for weddings on the Scottish mainland. For more distant weddings, travel and accommodation are charged at cost.

How do we plan for wedding photos?

For much of the day our approach is candid – no planning required. But for the best selection of images you should try to schedule the following brief sessions (and we do mean brief – we never hijack the bride and groom for extended periods):

  • Bride after preparations
  • Bride and groom between ceremony and reception
  • Family groups between ceremony and reception (maximum eight groups recommended)

How many pictures do you take?

The finished collection includes about 25 – 30 images per hour of coverage, each of which is carefully edited (all digital images need thoughtful and experienced editing to bring out their best). You have the option to select your own images for the finished collection, or you can leave it to us.

When can we see the results?

We need up to six weeks after the wedding to prepare the finished collection for presentation. For couples’ first experience of the photos we strongly encourage them to visit our studio on the shores of Loch Ness where we have a dedicated viewing room. If this isn’t possible the photos are put in a private online viewing gallery. Then, with permission, the collection is made available in the shop, which family and friends can use to view the images and purchase prints if they wish.

Can I make my own prints?

Yes, you can use the digital files for any personal purposes you can think of.
