A standard delivery charge of £3.50 is added to print orders delivered to UK addresses. Overseas delivery can be arranged with your agreement to an appropriate delivery charge before the order is processed. Since every effort is made to ensure prints avoid damage while in transit, the price displayed on the parcel reflects the costs of both quality packaging and delivery.
You can expect to receive your prints within seven working days of payment. If your prints have not arrived within this time please contact us and we will investigate the delay.
Should any prints arrive in damaged condition contact us as soon as possible. Provided you return them to us within 28 days of receipt we will arrange despatch of replacements.
Seymour Photography uses stringent quality control systems for print production, but in the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a full refund. Please note: no photographer can guarantee exact colour or tonal matching of prints with what they represent, though at Seymour Photography we do use advanced processes for as close a match as possible.
We respect your privacy, so we only use the information we collect about you in strict accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The information we ask you to provide serves just two purposes: to process your order and to help us provide you with the best possible service. This information may include your name, address, phone number, email address, and credit/debit card details.
Your card number is only used at the time of payment and is not stored in our database.
We will not e-mail you in future without your consent, and you can ask at any time to be removed from our email list.
We will never give your details to third parties.
